Kristin Fisher will join CNN in 2021 when she joined CNN. The reporter will serve as the Space and Defense Correspondent. As a correspondent she is responsible for covering all aspects of space, from NASA and the newly created Space Force, to commercial space firms and the emergence to space tourism. Kristin, mother of NASA astronauts, and also an avid space fan was raised in the field. She served for five years as the White House correspondent for FOX News covering space policy in the Trump and Biden Administrations. Also, she covered the presidential election in 2020 as well as the efforts of two administrations in fighting the coronavirus. Kristin travelled extensively, both with the president and vice-president. She even went on a top-secret trip to Afghanistan along with Donald Trump. Kristin was a local television reporter for Grand Junction, Colorado, Little Rock, Arkansas, Washington, D.C., where she earned an Emmy Award for her work as the "one-man-band" reporter before being hired by CBS in 2015. Kristin used her experience in the field to create Field Mouse Films. The company specialized in producing documentary-style films, and became a preferred choice of corporate clients such as Uber, Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Kristin has an Bachelor in Science in Journalism, which she earned at Boston University. The place she lives is Washington, D.C., with her family, including their 3-year-old daughter.
